  • Email Migration: We used BitTitan MigrationWiz to migrate emails from Gmail, Google Workspace, and GoDaddy Microsoft 365 accounts ensuring no downtime and full data retention.
  • Drive Migration: Leveraging Google Takeout and BitTitan, we moved all essential project documents, contracts, and design files from Google Drive into OneDrive for Business.
  • Collaboration Overhaul: We implemented SharePoint Online sites tailored for each division (Sales, Design, Permitting, and Field Operations) so teams could collaborate in real time and manage project documentation in one place.
  • Cloud Storage Enablement: OneDrive for Business was rolled out to all users, giving both office and field staff secure access to files from anywhere (critical for crews working on job sites).
  • User Training & Adoption: We provided role-specific training to help users embrace Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, improving workflows across the board.
